Located at 76 Chapel Road, Sassafras, North West Tasmania this Wedding Chapel is my husband’s family church, it is an ideal venue for a memorable wedding or naming ceremony.
The beautifully restored handmade glass windows add colour and authenticity to the interior.
Original wooden pews seat approximately 100 guests and the charming, intimate setting provides a wonderful ambience on your special day. The chapel is part of the community owned assets and clients have the option of also hiring our hall.
This building has kitchen facilities, tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery. This complex has a modernised toilet block and ample off road parking for your convenience. Hiring charges will depend on length and purpose of hire.
As an example a wedding in the chapel would cost $150 while an afternoon in the hall would be $50. Gaining access to the venue prior to your function for setting up/decorating is negotiable.

A bond of $150 is payable on confirmation of your booking and will be refunded if everything is deemed to be in good order at the end of the hire.
