• • Payment of booking fee, read and confirm details and responsibilities outlined in statement / invoice of fees
  • Completion of Notice of Intended Marriage (to be received by celebrant no later than one calendar month prior to the wedding)
  • Do you have proof of identity (Birth Certificates) & Photo ID (drivers licence or current passport)
  • Evidence of divorce/death sighted by celebrant, if relevant
  • Draft for ceremony confirmed and delivered to celebrant within given timeframe. Full payment required no later than two weeks prior to the wedding
  • A declaration of freedom-to-marry must be signed generally 7 – 10 days before the ceremony (time frame can vary)

  • Copy of Service Contract signed and received
